Returns and Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Items must include all the original tags and be clean of any stains, debris, or smells to be eligible for a refund.
  • If Items are returned within 7 days of the delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, and additional shipping charges are to be paid by the sender. No exceptions.
  • If you are traveling, please keep in mind that we will not make any exceptions for travel purposes.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted items due to any type of damage or defect are final sale.
  • Items purchased during promotions are final sale i.e. friends and family sale.
  • Intimates including underwear, silicon bras, and covers are final sale.
  • Gift cards are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International customers are solely responsible for duties/vat/taxes.
  • No returns for international orders i.e. orders made outside of the US.

Please e-mail us at info@shopluxurybrands.com to request a return authorization. The customer is responsible for return fees. Our office is open 9 am-5 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Exchanges and Price Adjustments

  • We don’t have any exchange policy. Please return the item you wish to return and place a new order immediately for the item you desire.
  • Regardless of any reason, we do not offer price adjustments.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s) at the time of delivery, please e-mail our customer care team at info@shopluxurybrands.com with your name, order number, description of the issue, and picture(s) of item(s). Our customer care team will provide you with a return shipping label, and upon receipt of the return package, a full refund will be issued if postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

Shipping

  • Shop Luxury Brands is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • Delivery dates provided are only estimates and not guaranteed.

Holiday Sales

  • All orders made from 11/27/19 to 12/2/19 are final sale. 
  • These orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or liable to price adjustments.
  • No exceptions will be made.
